The Kizzee Process

Submission of this document provides our “Vehicle Acquisition Specialist” with the information required to search the auction
house database for your desired vehicle or a comparable model suitable to your needs and budget.
The Search
We scour the auction sites—using your parameters—to locate suitable vehicles. At which point you will receive photographs, background, and upcoming auction dates on the vehicles we have located for you.
The Bid
Once you have selected a vehicle—or vehicles—to bid on, we forward you our “Bidders Agreement.” This document outlines your financial
obligation to Kizzee Management LLC, as well as our fiduciary duty to you during the deposit, bidding, purchasing, and transfer process.
The Contract
Title and Registration Process: Kizzee management is
responsible for the smog inspection. We will register all vehicles with the state of
California and pay the taxes related to the sale. At this stage you will be required to
complete all documentation needed for the transfer of ownership.
